Who we are
Sunshine Home Match is a brand of Kologboh LLC, 12220 Atlantic Blvd, Ste 130 #1314, Jacksonville, FL 32225. We connect Florida homeowners with independent, licensed home-service contractors (such as HVAC, plumbing and roofing). We do not perform that work ourselves.
What we collect
Information you enter in our forms (name, phone, email, address, ZIP code and details about your request), technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited and ad click IDs), and a record of the consent you gave, including the time, the page and the wording you agreed to.
How we use and share it
We share your request with one contractor from our partner list so they can contact you about it. We also use your information to verify your phone number, prevent fraud, keep records required by law and measure our advertising. We do not sell your information to data brokers.
Calls and texts from contractors
If you agree on our form, the matched contractor may call or text you about your request, including with automated technology. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us at [email protected] and we will add your number to our do-not-contact list and share it with our partners.
Text messages from Sunshine Home Match
We send a one-time verification code to the number you enter on our form. Contractor partners who sign up with us may also receive account and lead notification texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Retention
We keep request and consent records for 5 years to handle disputes and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
